METHODS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4eac\u90fd\u5927\u5b66\u5927\u5b66\u9662\u533b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u79d1\u9644\u5c5e\u5148\u5929\u7570\u5e38\u6a19\u672c\u89e3\u6790\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u306b\u4fdd\u5b58\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5916\u8868\u5947\u5f62\u3092\u4f34\u308f\u306a\u3044\u30d2\u30c8\u80da\u5b50\u304b\u3089\u3001MR\u9855\u5fae\u93e1\u3067\u64ae\u50cf\u3055\u308c\u305f1156\u4f8b (Carnegie stage (CS)14~23)\u3092\u5bfe\u8c61\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306f\u3001\u809d\u81d3\u5f62\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u306b\u7570\u5e38\u306e\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3092\u62bd\u51fa\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u6cd5\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u884c\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3002\uff11\uff09\u809d\u81d3\u4f53\u7a4d\u3092\u63a8\u5b9a\u3067\u304d\u308b\u5f0f\u3092\u4f5c\u6210\u3057\u3001\u5404\u80da\u5b50\u306e\u809d\u81d3\u4f53\u7a4d\u63a8\u5b9a\u5024\u3092\u7b97\u51fa\u3002\uff12\uff09\u809d\u81d3\u4f53\u7a4d\u63a8\u5b9a\u5024\u304c\u5404CS\u5e73\u5747\u00b12SD\u3092\u5916\u308c\u308b\u500b\u4f53\u3092\u62bd\u51fa\u3057\u305f\u5f8c\u3001\u809d\u81d3\u3001\u4e26\u3073\u306b\u5468\u8fba\u5668\u5b98\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066MR\u753b\u50cf\u3084\u4e09\u6b21\u5143\u518d\u69cb\u7bc9\u50cf\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u5f62\u614b\u89b3\u5bdf\u3092\u884c\u306a\u3044\u3001\u62bd\u51fa\u3057\u305f\u500b\u4f53\u304b\u3089\u809d\u81d3\u5f62\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u7570\u5e38\u306e\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u9ad8\u3044\u3082\u306e\u3092\u9078\u629c\u3002\u9078\u629c\u500b\u4f53\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001MR\u9855\u5fae\u93e1\u3088\u308a\u3082\u9ad8\u89e3\u50cf\u5ea6\u306e\u4f4d\u76f8\u30b3\u30f3\u30c8\u30e9\u30b9\u30c8X\u7ddaCT(PCT)\u306b\u3088\u308a\u518d\u64ae\u50cf\u3092\u884c\u306a\u3044\u3001\u80da\u5b50\u5185\u90e8\u306e\u8a73\u7d30\u306a\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u52a0\u3048\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESULTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u809d\u81d3\u4f53\u7a4d\u63a8\u5b9a\u5024\u306b\u3088\u308b\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u304b\u3089\u3001\u4f53\u7a4d\u63a8\u5b9a\u5024\u304c\u5404CS\u5e73\u5747+2SD\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306e\u500b\u4f53\u304c41\u4f8b(CS14~23)\u3001\u5404CS\u5e73\u5747-2SD\u4ee5\u4e0b\u304c12\u4f8b(CS19~21)\u5f97\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3002\u8a0853\u4f8b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u5f62\u614b\u89b3\u5bdf\u3092\u884c\u306a\u3044\u3001\u5e73\u5747+2SD\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306e\u500b\u4f5341\u4f8b\u304b\u3089Extra-large\u7fa4\u3068\u3057\u30668\u4f8b(CS17~19)\u3001\u5e73\u5747-2SD\u4ee5\u4e0b12\u4f8b\u304b\u3089Extra-small\u7fa4\u3068\u3057\u30667\u4f8b(CS20~21)\u3092\u9078\u629c\u3057\u3001PCT\u3067\u518d\u64ae\u50cf\u3057\u3001\u80da\u5b50\u5185\u90e8\u306e\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u884c\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3002\u809d\u81d3\u306e\u5f62\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u7570\u5e38\u306fExtra-small\u7fa47\u4f8b\u5168\u3066\u3067\u89b3\u5bdf\u3055\u308c\u3001Extra-large\u7fa4\u3067\u306f8\u4f8b\u4e2d2\u4f8b\u3067\u89b3\u5bdf\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002Extra-small\u7fa4\uff17\u4f8b\u306f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u5206\u985e\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\u2460\u809d\u81d3\u7121\u5f62\u6210; 2\u4f8b\u3001\u2461\u809d\u81d3\u4f4e\u5f62\u6210; 4\u4f8b\u3001\u2462\u53f3\u8449\u6b20\u640d; 1\u4f8b\u3002\u307e\u305f\u30017\u4f8b\u4e2d5\u4f8b\u3067\u809d\u81d3\u306e\u4ed6\u3001\u5468\u8fba\u5668\u5b98\u306b\u5f62\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u7570\u5e38\u306e\u5408\u4f75\u304c\u307f\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3002Extra-large\u7fa4\u3067\u306f\u30012\u4f8b\u4e2d1\u4f8b\u306f\u809d\u81d3\u306e\u307f\u306b\u7570\u5e38\u304c\u307f\u3089\u308c\u3001\u81cd\u5e2f\u9759\u8108\u306e\u62e1\u5f35\u304c\u89b3\u5bdf\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\u6b8b\u308a1\u4f8b\u306f\u3001\u809d\u81d3\u4e26\u3073\u306b\u5468\u8fba\u5668\u5b98\u306b\u5f62\u614b\u7570\u5e38\u306e\u5408\u4f75\u304c\u307f\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3002\u809d\u81d3\u5f62\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u3092\u8a8d\u3081\u308b\u80da\u5b50\u306fCS18\u304b\u3089CS21\u306b\u9650\u5b9a\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u7d041.7%\uff089\/532\uff09\u306e\u5272\u5408\u3067\u51fa\u73fe\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONCLUSIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5916\u8868\u5947\u5f62\u304c\u306a\u3044\u80da\u5b50\u306b\u809d\u81d3\u306e\u5f62\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u7570\u5e38\u3092\u3082\u3064\u96c6\u56e3\u304c\u7d041.7\uff05\u5b58\u5728\u3059\u308b\u4e8b\u3092\u65b0\u305f\u306b\u793a\u3057\u305f\u3002\u540c\u96c6\u56e3\u306f\u3001\u809d\u6a5f\u80fd\u4e0d\u5168\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u3001\u5b50\u5bae\u5185\u80ce\u5150\u6b7b\u4ea1\u306b\u81f3\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u9ad8\u304f\u3001\u65e9\u671f\u6d41\u7523\u306e\u539f\u56e0\u306e\u4e00\u3064\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3089\u308c\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
